About Our Exceptional Kitchen Stove: an AGA is essentially a heat storage cooker that operates on the principle of radiant heat, allowing food to be cooked gently and evenly. It features several ovens that maintain consistent temperatures, making it ideal for various cooking methods like baking, roasting, and simmering. The various ovens in an AGA cooker are kept at different temperatures, providing versatility in cooking. For instance, the top oven is usually hotter and suitable for roasting, while the lower oven is cooler, perfect for baking. This unique method results in flavorful meals as the food cooks from all sides, creating a deliciously tender and moist finished product.
