Perfect for singles or couples. Expansive, stunning valley views and mountain peaks, close proximity to three natural hot springs, 30-minute drive to the Great Sand Dunes National Park, this is an incredible base camp for your adventure or retreat!

About Moffat, Colorado
Moffat is a very small and rural town in the middle of the San Luis Valley in Southern Colorado. With a population of just 100 or so the town is small but the rural county brings the population up to about 6500. The industry and economy in the area is mostly agricultural with potatoes and cannabis farms making up most of the activity.
Area 420 is a new 420-acre cannabis business park in Moffat that attracts cannabis growers from around the country. Our Grain Silo homes are located right night to the development you will be sure to see and smell the farms during your stay with us!
